Parcel location

An application has been submitted for consideration and public hearing by the Planning Commission for a land exchange between CBJ land at 11860 Glacier Highway and Private Property at 11930 Glacier Highway. This will create a new right-of-way to access CBJ Land (see additional parcel graphic below).

This invitation was mailed to residents that are within 500 feet of the subject parcels. This Invitation was received today (12/11/21) by the Auke Bay Neighborhood Association.

  • Now through Dec. 20, 2021
    Comments received during this period will be sent to the Planner, Allison Eddins, to be included as an attachment in the staff report.
  • Dec. 21 through 12 Noon, Jan 7
    Comments received during this period will be sent to the Planning Commissioners to read in preparation for the hearing.

Additional parcel layout that shows CBJ’s desired ROW to right of Allwine property to gain access to CBJ land that extends uphill from CCFR to behind Bayview and Seaview (39.8100 acres). Small section of Allwine property to the rear would be swapped out at fair market value for the new ROW.
